Terms & Conditions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless context requires otherwise:

• "p646," "the Platform," "we," "us," or "our" refers to the operator of the website located at p646.org, duly authorized to offer online gaming services to eligible players in the Philippines.
• "Player," "you," or "your" refers to any individual who registers an account on p646 or accesses and uses the platform.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player on p646.
• "Platform" refers to the p646 website (p646.org), all associated subdomains, mobile-optimized interfaces, and any future applications operated by p646.
• "Games" refers to all casino games, live dealer games, slots, bingo, racing, and any other gaming content made available on the Platform.
• "Wallet" or "Balance" refers to the Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) funds held within a Player's p646 Account.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spins, or non-cashable incentives credited to a Player's Account subject to wagering requirements.
• "PAGCOR" refers to the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the regulatory body governing online gambling in the Republic of the Philippines.

2.1 By registering an Account on p646, clicking "I Agree" during registration, or by accessing and using the Platform following publication of any updated version of these Terms, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions, the Privacy Policy, the Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific rules published on the Platform.

2.2 These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and p646. If you are accessing the Platform on behalf of another person or entity, you represent that you have authority to bind such person or entity to these Terms.

2.3 p646 reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via the email address associated with their Account. Continued use of the Platform following such notification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

3.1 To be eligible to register and maintain an Account on p646, you must satisfy all of the following conditions:

• You are at least 21 years of age;
• You are physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited by applicable law;
• You are not a person who has been previously excluded or banned from the p646 Platform or any other gaming platform operating under PAGCOR authority;
• You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party;
• You have not been diagnosed with a gambling disorder or placed yourself on a voluntary self-exclusion register.

3.2 p646 employs a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. All Players are required to submit valid government-issued identification (Philippine passport, SSS ID, UMID, driver's license, or equivalent) to verify their identity and age before any withdrawal is processed. p646 reserves the right to request KYC documentation at any point during the Player's account lifecycle.

3.3 p646 has a zero-tolerance policy for underage gambling. Any Account found to belong to a person under 21 years of age will be immediately suspended, all balances will be forfeited, and the matter may be reported to the relevant regulatory authorities.

4.1 One Account Per Player. Each individual may register only one (1) Account on p646. Creating duplicate, multiple, or secondary accounts — whether in your own name or under a different identity — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in permanent account suspension and forfeiture of all balances and bonus funds across all accounts.

4.2 You agree to provide accurate, truthful, and complete information during registration and to promptly update your account details should any information change. p646 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

4.3 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials — username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login details with any third party. p646 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.

4.4 If you suspect unauthorized access to your Account, you must contact p646 support immediately at [email protected]. p646 reserves the right to suspend an Account pending investigation of suspected unauthorized access.

4.5 p646 reserves the right to refuse account registration, suspend existing accounts, or close accounts at its absolute discretion, including where p646 determines that the account presents a regulatory, legal, or reputational risk to the platform.

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods. p646 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other Philippine payment methods as published on the Platform from time to time. All transactions are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP).

5.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100.00 unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method. Deposits are credited to your Account balance upon confirmation of payment by the relevant payment processor.

5.3 Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests are subject to completion of KYC verification. p646 targets processing of GCash and PayMaya withdrawals within five (5) minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) may take one (1) to three (3) business days. Withdrawal timelines are targets, not guarantees, and may be affected by payment processor delays beyond p646's control.

5.4 Withdrawal Restrictions. Only funds that have satisfied all applicable wagering requirements may be withdrawn. p646 reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing pending verification of account identity, source of funds, or compliance with anti-money laundering obligations.

5.5 Anti-Money Laundering (AML). p646 is committed to full compliance with Philippine AML laws and PAGCOR requirements. We reserve the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any account, request documentation evidencing the source of funds deposited, and to report suspicious transactions to the appropriate Philippine authorities as required by law.

5.6 No Third-Party Payments. You may only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in your own name. Deposits made from payment accounts belonging to third parties will be reversed and the Account may be suspended.

6.1 p646 may from time to time offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives to eligible Players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions of the relevant promotion, which will be published on the Platform at the time the promotion is offered.

6.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless explicitly stated to be a cash bonus with no wagering requirement, all Bonus Funds credited to a Player's Account are subject to a wagering requirement — a minimum total wager amount that must be completed before any portion of the bonus or associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be clearly stated in the promotion's specific terms.

6.3 Bonus Abuse. p646 reserves the right to void bonus funds and any associated winnings, and to suspend or close the Account, where there is evidence or reasonable suspicion that a Player has exploited promotions in bad faith — including but not limited to coordinating with other Players, using multiple accounts, hedging bets systematically, or any other conduct designed to extract bonus value without genuine gameplay.

6.4 Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts, exchanged for cash outside the applicable wagering completion pathway, or combined with other promotions unless explicitly stated.

6.5 p646 reserves the right to modify, withdraw, or cancel any promotion at any time, with or without prior notice, for reasons including but not limited to technical errors, regulatory changes, or fraudulent activity.

7.1 All games available on p646 are provided by certified third-party game developers and studios. Each game is governed by its own rules, which are accessible to Players within the game interface. In the event of a conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, the game-specific rules shall govern that particular game.

7.2 Game Results. All slot game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators (RNGs). Live dealer game results are determined by physical game equipment — cards, roulette wheels, dice — operated by human dealers in certified studio facilities. p646 does not alter, modify, or interfere with game outcomes.

7.3 Malfunction Voids Play. In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or game fault, p646 reserves the right to void affected bets and refund the corresponding wager amounts to Players' Accounts. p646 shall not be liable for any consequential loss arising from a game malfunction.

7.4 Disputed Results. If a Player believes that a game result is incorrect, they must notify p646 support within forty-eight (48) hours of the disputed event. p646 will investigate the dispute and the decision of p646, acting in good faith, shall be final and binding.

8.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the p646 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Opening or maintaining more than one Account on p646;
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets, exploit games, or manipulate platform functionality;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities — any such exploit must be reported immediately to [email protected];
• Using the Platform for money laundering, fraud, or any activity that violates applicable Philippine or international law;
• Allowing or facilitating account access by a third party, including lending, selling, or gifting account access;
• Colluding with other Players to manipulate game outcomes in live dealer or multi-player games;
• Engaging in threatening, abusive, or harassing behavior toward p646 staff or other Players via any communication channel.

9.1 p646 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices in full alignment with PAGCOR's responsible gaming framework. We believe gambling should be a form of entertainment — never a financial strategy, and never a source of harm.

9.2 Player Tools. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered Players within their Account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount you can deposit;
• Loss Limits: Set maximum loss thresholds for defined time periods;
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications after defined play durations;
• Cool-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your Account for periods of 24 hours to 30 days;
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or long-term exclude yourself from the p646 Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

10.1 All content on the p646 Platform — including but not limited to the p646 brand name, logo, website design, text, graphics, game interfaces, software, and audiovisual content — is the intellectual property of p646 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property law.

10.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. No rights beyond this limited licence are granted.

10.3 You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publish, frame, or commercially exploit any content from the p646 Platform without the prior written consent of p646.

11.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, p646 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or business interruption.

11.2 p646 makes no warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses. Scheduled maintenance, unplanned outages, or force majeure events may temporarily affect Platform availability. p646 will use reasonable commercial efforts to restore service promptly.

11.3 p646's total aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising out of or relating to the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11.4 Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by p646's negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.

12.1 p646 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the Republic Act No. 10173 (Data Privacy Act of 2012) of the Philippines and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms.

12.2 By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. Your data is used for account management, KYC verification, payment processing, fraud prevention, and regulatory compliance purposes.

12.3 p646 will not sell your personal data to third parties. Data shared with payment processors (GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank) is limited to what is strictly necessary to process your transaction.

13.1 p646 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, p646 will notify registered Players by email to the address on record at least seven (7) days prior to the changes taking effect, unless a shorter notice period is required by applicable law or regulatory direction.

13.2 The most current version of these Terms is always accessible at p646.org/terms-conditions. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

13.3 If you do not accept any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure by contacting [email protected]. All outstanding wagering requirements must be satisfied before a final balance withdrawal is processed upon Account closure.

14.1 These Terms & Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the p646 Platform, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

14.2 In the event of a dispute between p646 and a Player, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation by contacting p646 support at [email protected]. p646 will acknowledge formal disputes within five (5) business days and provide a substantive response within fifteen (15) business days.

14.3 If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, either party may refer the matter to the relevant dispute resolution mechanism established by PAGCOR or, failing that, to the courts of proper jurisdiction within the Republic of the Philippines.
